We only deliver within the America. Shipping is free for all orders.

Shipping Process

Thank you for your order! You will receive an order confirmation email shortly (please check your spam/junk folder if it does not appear in your inbox).

It takes us 1–2 business days (Monday – Sunday) to prepare your order for dispatch. Please allow an additional 5–7 business days (Monday – Saturday) for delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the tracking information. You can then use our tracking page to monitor your order.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be modified or cancelled free of charge before the dispatch confirmation email is sent.
To do so, email us at Anthonymelo7777@gmail.com.

If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policies according to your reason for return.

Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 2 business days after the expected delivery date, please contact us at Anthonymelo7777@gmail.com and allow at least 5 days for us to investigate with the courier.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged (including packaging) or faulty, please email us at Anthonymelo7777@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt.

In such cases, you will have 30 days from the day after receipt to return the products for a refund or replacement. Return shipping costs will be covered by us. Please contact us to obtain your return label.
